Zelenskyy Meets with Defenders Close to Heavily Contested Pokrovsk Front

The head of state made a trip to meet with national troops in the Pokrovsk area on the start of the week. He stated that he consulted fighters at the operational headquarters of the 1st Corps of the Ukrainian National Guard Azov, which is leading defense efforts in the Dobropillya zone, an urban center approximately a short distance from Pokrovsk.

Intense Circumstances in the Region

Updated analysis from a Ukrainian project showed that opposition armies had advanced deeper into Pokrovsk and its environs, though significant areas was not fully held by both forces. The situation remains critical, with updates indicating that Russian forces were fortifying positions and building up positions in certain areas.

Opposition armies are making progress in the Pokrovsk direction and are reportedly acting with increasing comfort within urban Pokrovsk.

Research institutes commented that national troops had recaptured substantial territory of a Russian penetration in the Dobropillya front, on the eastern flank of the Pokrovsk operation.

National Drone Strikes Deep Inside the Federation

National unmanned aircraft targeted a production facility approximately 1,300km inside Russia at the location. City administration reported an explosion at the Sterlitamak facility that led to the partial collapse to suffer damage, adding that the reason for the blast was not known. The armed forces leadership stated there was extensive harm to the plant.

The European nation plans to raise its military aid to the nation by three billion euros next year to about 11.5 billion euros, the finance ministry in the German government said on the start of the week.
